It has been a couple of years now since I started losing a lot of weight and I have to say that it was not really very easy for me. I have heard people say that it is really a difficult task. For me it was really difficult and it took me quite a long time before I started to see any type of change in my weight. You see the problem that I was having at first was I was eating healthy but gaining weight. I had no clue what was going on and I kept wondering if there might have been something wrong with me. I knew that there was a very small chance that there was something wrong with me so I started to go online and start searching. This was probably the best thing I could have done because if I had not done this I would not have found my answer. The problem was that yes I was eating healthy, but I was not following a steady diet plan. I was just eating random times of the day and eating way too many calories. It was obvious to me that I needed to change this and that I really needed to find a good diet plan for myself. I will tell you right now that gaining weight while dieting is a big slap to the face!
As time went on I found the best possible diet plan for me and I started to eat healthy every day. Before I was eating healthy but gaining weight but now I was eating healthy and losing some mad weight. This was because I was watching my calorie intake and was watching what I ate. This is important to do because if you can not watch the foods you are taking into your body you are going to have a couple of problems. So after my diet plan was discovered I followed it for about three months and I noticed that I had lost almost twenty pounds! Yes twenty pounds is quite a lot of weight to lose and it was an awesome feeling to see that on the scale.
So the moral of this story is if you are eating healthy but gaining weight you should reconsider your diet. You can also start exercising if you want to, even though that can be a lot of work. You will see much better results if you actually add exercise to your routine. Healthy eating and exercise go together so well and the results that you can see from these two things is almost infinite. Another thing that I wanted to add to this article is that giving up should not be an option at this point. Losing weight is like a mission and if you give up on the mission you are giving up on what you believe in.
